Although I have worn many hats, but my heart is truly in creating florals on set as well as for private clients. Over the course of 15 years I have obtained floral knowledge independently  working with private clients, as well as while assisting high volume florist. My client work has often required me transition loose conceptual ideas into full color stories and design layouts. Being able to quickly see what a client is wanting to communicate for a space/ event/ set is crucial for every project I partake in. As a designer I find a lot of joy in creating exciting and impactful florals that are memorable for the big moments they are so often a part of.

Our vibrant extended family produces uniquely classic, handcrafted pieces, each individually inspected down to the detail. Founded by artist Becky Nunn and based out of Washington state, Nunn Design products are made in the USA by a team of artisans. With a focus on mixed media and wire wrapping, their innovative jewelry making components feature rich metal finishes in gold, silver, and copper. Design Findings are electroplated using imported precious metals; copper, 24k gold and .999 fine silver. The process of plating is very involved and requires many steps. Each painstaking step is what adds to the quality that Nunn Design is known for.

Sterling Silver plated earrings and ear wires are plated with imported .999 fine silver. Once plated with the precious metal a chromating process begins to prevent the sterling from tarnishing. Findings are then rinsed, dried and coated with an acrylic base for the finished results.

For the Antique Copper plate that Nunn Design offers, the plating process is slightly different. The initial plate of copper that is coating the findings is mils thick. It is then chemically blackened and vibed within a tumbler with finishing mediums to relieve it of any excess blackening. Next the findings are coated with a water-based acrylic to protect the copper.
